Refund Policy

Returns 

You may return any unopened or sealed accessories within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund or product exchange for any product of the same value if you have the original tax invoice. Please note your refund will exclude any shipping costs and you may be charged a shipping fee to return the product.

You may return any faulty accessories within six months of purchase. We will give you a full refund or product exchange for any product of the same value if you have the original tax invoice – Accessories are subject to an inspection at our store which rules out any damage or abuse.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days.

We reserve the right to deduct any labour or shipping fees from a refund should the refund not be a result of workmanship or faulty stock.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you have returned. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up 10 working days to reflect into your account.

Restocking Fee

Please note that all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date, depending on the condition when returned. If the buyer changes their mind having processed the order, you the buyer, are responsible for a restocking fee, however If you placed an order and received free shipping but returned the item and you no longer qualify for free shipping, you the buyer, are responsible for paying the original cost of shipping and return shipping cost as stipulated below in the shipping policy :

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@techandfriends.co.za.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R400, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
